Visit Information/Visas

If you are planning to visit TAMUQ, please notify the Qatar Support Office as soon as possible. If you have not previously traveled to Qatar, you will be required to attend a brief orientation with QSO. You must complete the following forms and submit a clear copy of your passport 30 days prior to your travel:

• TAMUQ Visit Request Form
• Approved Travel and Leave Form
• Visitor Orientation Briefing Binder

Tips for Preparing to Leave:

• Make 2 copies of your passport identification page. This will facilitate replacement. Leave one copy at home with friends or relatives. Carry the other with you in a separate place from your passport.
• Leave a copy of your itinerary and emergency contact card with family or friends at home so that you can be contacted in case of an emergency.
• Remember to carry necessary medicine, personal items, and a change of clothes in a carry-on bag in case something happens to your checked bag.
