Registering with U.S. Embassy

It is crucial to register with the embassy for travel to Qatar before you leave on your trip. The website below will allow you to register online but will not provide a confirmation of registration. Please email the Qatar Support Office after you register with the Consular at qatarsupportoffice@tamu.edu.

To retain a visiting visa you need to turn a copy of your passport in to the Qatar Support Office. If you hold a non-U.S. passport you may need to turn in additional pages to obtain a visiting visa. Please turn in your passport at least two weeks before travel. If you are traveling on short notice, U.S. passport holders are able to purchase a visa at the Doha airport.
